The following is a summary of the quick and painless TransForm procedure. Please see package insert for full details:
Open package and remove disk
Submerge in 20 ml Bss and allow lenticule to soak
Rinse lenticule with BSS and place under microscope
Use detacher tool to remove lenticule from glass
Use A-2/A-3 tool to isolate the lenticule and place over patient’s eye
Center the tool containing the lenticule and apply
Close flap
